Our Story

Artisan Custom Woodwork is a custom cabinetry studio based in Seguin, Texas, focused on cabinetry designed and built to last. The work is shaped by more than twenty years of hands on experience in the cabinetry and construction industry, with an emphasis on quality, durability, and thoughtful execution.

From the beginning, the goal has been straightforward. To build cabinetry the right way. Work that is carefully designed, well constructed, and suited to how a space is actually used. Rather than relying on standard layouts or predesigned solutions, each project is approached individually and shaped by the home, the architecture, and the people who live there.

That approach is grounded in experience, discipline, and respect for the craft. These principles continue to guide the work today and are reflected in every project we take on.

Our Founder

Artisan Custom Woodwork was founded by Andrey, whose life and career have been shaped by a deep connection to woodworking, craftsmanship, and faith. Before immigrating to the United States, Andrey worked as a woodworker and carpentry teacher, developing a strong foundation in traditional techniques, precision, and respect for the trade.

After arriving in the United States, Andrey began working in a cabinet shop, continuing to build his skills within the cabinetry industry. Over time, his experience led him to open a cabinet installation company, where years spent on job sites refined his understanding of how cabinetry is built, installed, and ultimately used within a home.

That hands on experience eventually brought him back to what he valued most, building cabinetry. Transitioning from installation back into fabrication allowed for greater control over materials, construction, and finish quality, and reaffirmed his passion for the work itself.

With more than twenty years of experience in the cabinetry industry, Andrey continues to guide Artisan Custom Woodwork with a focus on thoughtful construction, consistency, and long term performance.
